While local government agencies have the option to adopt these contracts, it's important to note that any purchase made by a local government agency is treated as an independent agreement/contract, exclusively between them and the vendor. As a result, the Office of Procurement Management is not responsible for purchases made by local government agencies and, therefore, cannot offer assistance regarding any issues that may arise between the vendor and the local government agency.
